Rislone didn't change anything. I had to stop driving it earlier because the ticking was so loud. I also thought I heard some knocking starting to develop. But later I drove whit someone else to see if it would knock it was just making a really loud ticking. So right now I don't know what it is. But my plan of action is to eventual get around to pulling the engine refreshing or replacing the heads and checking the bearings while the engine is out.
